Great location in the Old Town. Comfortable room and friendly receptionists. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at lovely nearby restaurants/cafes. Really loved our stroll through the Old Town to the lake.

Near to centre of town. The staff went out of their way to find extra pillows for me although I had requested these when I originally booked our stay. We love Annecy & have spent many a happy weekend there.

- size and layout of room was great, lots of storage! -extra pillows provided :) -very clean standard throughout the hotel (I am very fussy about cleanliness so was impressed) -water fountain downstairs was very useful! -staff extremely friendly and accommodating, spoke very good English! They were happy to help! -perfect location which was quiet for sleeping well but <5-10 min walk to everything, area felt safe. -late check out compared to other hotels and luggage room! -solo female traveller who felt very safe, cared for and had all my needed amenities:)

My second stay here so I knew what I would be staying in. The hotel is located brilliantly for train/ coach arrivals and the proximity to the town for bars and restaurants. The staff are what make this hotel exceptional - thay are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to book again for my next trip to beautiful Annecy.

Reception Staff were friendly and polite. You could tell they wanted you to feel welcome. As it was our honeymoon, they went to the extreme of putting petals on the bed, along with a lovely note and some free croissants and chocolate. It was a lovely gesture.

Everything was just perfect. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was very clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good size very clean shower with hot water. Excellent WiFi. Ideal location. Just a stone throw away from the railway station and very short walk to the lake.

Excellent central location. On river a few minutes along to the palais d’isle and lake. A few minutes uphill walk to castle Standard ibis rooms. Clean functional and super comfy bed and linens. Window opened for ventilation. Light quiet room. And dark and quiet for good nights sleep. Sound isolation was good for me. Wifi fast Warm efficient reception. Good ambience in reception break out area. Room was ready early pm for check in. Not cheap for me but probably good value for Annecy.

Nice hotel in center of town (50 m from main street so nice and quiet) Only 5 min walk from train and bus station. Reception and bar area clean and pleasant. Staff very nice and helpful Rooms basic but more than good enough for a few days stay with decent shower Didn't have breakfast Coffee machine in room was unexpected but bring own milk

Fabulous location!! Within a few steps, I was strolling through the beautiful streets and taking in the aromas from the produced sold at the markets. The room wasn't huge, but it had everything you needed - good lighting; the bed was very comfortable; the room was clean; full-length mirror; decent size bathroom; mini bar to keep water cool; cute verandah to allow fresh air inside or simple to sit before going out. The checkin/out was fast, and the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

A great location on the edge of the old town and a short walk from the train station. Check in is 5pm but we went at 2pm to drop off luggage before exploring and delighted to get early check in as room was ready. Room waw clean warm and comfortable and great view of Thiou canal from spacious furnished balcony. Breakfast was great with a fantastic selection of breads, pastries, cereal, cheeses, sausages, eggs ,teas and coffees.
